Igniting Workplace Enthusiasm

Be the Kind of Person Others Want to Know

Course Information

This half-day workshop is designed to work with youths to explore what self-confidence is and the behaviours and attitudes that make up a self-confident person as opposed to a self-conscious or conceited person.  We will briefly discuss why some people may be self-conscious or conceited and how we might be more sensitive to these people and help raise their self-confidence.  Then, we will have participants reflect on those people in their lives who make them feel good about themselves and those that may deplete their self-confidence.  We will help participants uncover the foundation of leadership principles, learn techniques to remember and apply them in their lives.  The workshop will end with learning through experiencing what it takes to cultivate a positive attitude towards leading themselves, and inspiring others with positivity.
